Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director of Scheduling to join our team. This role requires leading scheduling on complex construction programs, with strong leadership and proven ability to manage integrated planning in fast-paced environments.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in construction-related field, 8+ years of scheduling experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. On-site presence is expected with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Schedule management on tall building construction projects is a MUST.
• Proactive coordination in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work in an integrated planning, cost and risk environment to optimize resources within budget and time constraints.
• Ensure the established planning and scheduling methodology is followed in developing the project schedule.
• Develop project milestone and progress tracking baselines.
• Assess subcontractor compliance with established scheduling methodology.
• Contribute to Work Breakdown Structure development to support performance measurement.
• Analyze schedule data to identify trends and issues and communicate them to the Project Director and Team.
• Lead schedule reporting, forecasts, and contingency management for work packages.
• Ensure compliance with contractor schedules within integrated schedules/milestones.
