Job summary

Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is seeking a Director of Construction FP&A to lead project financials for large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects. You will own forecasting, drive controls, and partner with Field Operations to keep projects financially on track.

The role emphasizes hands-on financial leadership, risk identification, and meaningful executive reporting to shape strategic decisions across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project FP&A across industries.
• Experience collaborating with Project Managers and Field Operations.
• Strong cost tracking, forecasting, and project financial analysis.
• Experience creating reports and presenting to executives.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365, Vista Viewpoint, NetSuite, Acumatica).

Responsibilities

• Own project financials and drive forecasting accuracy.
• Build and improve project controls processes.
• Collaborate with Field Operations and Project Managers.
• Identify risks early and keep projects on track financially.
• Support reporting to corporate executives and stakeholders.
