Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Director of Project Delivery to lead a portfolio of sustainable infrastructure and performance contracting projects in a senior leadership capacity. You will drive execution across design-build, ESPC-backed initiatives, and energy retrofit programs, shaping teams and strategies for major capital programs.

The role emphasizes financial stewardship, risk management, and operational excellence to deliver on time, within budget, and with superior safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, project delivery, or related operations leadership.
• Strong financial acumen, including project budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, gross margin management, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for construction and project management teams delivering large-scale sustainable infrastructure and performance contracting projects.
• Oversee project portfolio >$100 million, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and contractual compliance.
• Manage delivery across contract structures, including performance contracting, design-build, and mechanical retrofits.
• Establish project execution standards, resource plans, staffing, and objectives to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Lead multi-department collaboration from development to closeout with focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary organization of project managers and construction professionals.
