OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii seeks a Director of Conference Services to lead, train and manage the Catering Service Manager and Coordinator. You will drive the banquet budget, maximize revenue, and protect the guest experience across events.

Strong leadership, problem solving and coordination with guest services and operating departments are essential to exceed expectations and foster repeat business.

Qualifications

• Five years+ as Director of Conference Services or Catering in a full-service resort/hotel.
• Experience with Incentives, Meetings & Events and Weddings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Delphi and Opera.

Responsibilities

• Direct, train and lead the Catering Service Manager and Coordinator.
• Maximize banquet revenues, control expenses, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Liaise with guests and operating departments to ensure successful meetings.
