Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a Director to lead the Compliance Transformation Program. You will connect Compliance strategy to delivery, maintain an integrated portfolio view, and drive governance, milestones, and executive reporting across complex regulatory initiatives.

Responsible for coordinating technology budgeting, risk tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Legal, Risk, and Operations to ensure accountable, transparent delivery of remediation and control priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Compliance, Risk, Regulatory, Audit, Controls, Program Management, or Transformation roles within a global financial services, capital markets, broker-dealer, or similarly complex regulated environment.
