Experience leading large-scale transformation with senior leadership visibility and cross-functional dependencies.
Strong understanding of regulatory expectations, controls, governance, and remediation execution.

Responsibilities

Lead program management for Compliance transformation initiatives with strong governance and timely delivery.
Maintain an integrated portfolio view of remediation commitments to support oversight and reporting.
Coordinate technology budget planning and alignment of funding to risk mitigation and value.
Develop executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and milestone updates for senior leadership.
