Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a senior leader to head the Compliance Transformation program in New York. The role focuses on governance, remediation, regulatory priorities, and delivering on strategic commitments within the TDS Compliance portfolio.

You will partner with Technology, Risk, Legal, and Operations to translate priorities into actionable plans, monitor delivery health, and provide executive-ready reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Compliance, Risk, Regulatory, Audit, Controls, Program Management, or Transformation roles.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation with senior leadership visibility.
• Strong understanding of Compliance operating models, regulatory expectations, risk management, controls, and remediation execution.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred (MBA, CPA, CAMS, CRCM, PMP, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead program management for TDS Compliance initiatives with governance, disciplined execution, and timely delivery of priorities.
• Maintain an integrated portfolio view of remediation commitments, including regulatory, audit, self-identified, and management-driven initiatives.
• Oversee remediation execution, including milestone tracking, dependency management, risk/issue identification, and blockers resolution.
• Provide informed challenge to project owners using both project management discipline and Compliance knowledge.
• Drive transparency across the portfolio by ensuring initiatives are scoped, resourced, measurable, and aligned to priorities.
• Develop executive-ready reporting for senior Compliance leadership, including dashboards and risk summaries.
