Job summary

TD is seeking a senior professional to lead Compliance Transformation initiatives in New York, NY. The role focuses on delivering high-priority regulatory remediation programs with disciplined governance and timely execution.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Compliance, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Operations to maintain an integrated portfolio view. Expect executive-ready reporting and active risk management throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certification preferred such as MBA, CPA, CAMS, CRCM, PMP, PMI-ACP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of high-priority regulatory remediation initiatives within TD Compliance.
• Maintain an integrated portfolio view of remediation commitments for executive oversight.
• Develop executive-ready reporting including dashboards, milestones, risk/issue summaries, and budgets.
• Coordinate technology budgeting and investment narratives to align with risk mitigation and Compliance value.
