Job summary

CACI International seeks a Director of Compensation Consulting to shape and lead the company’s compensation strategy. You will head a team of compensation experts and partner with executive leadership to deliver enterprise-wide, compliant solutions across hiring, engagement, retention, and promotion.

Reporting to the SVP, Total Rewards, you will drive market pricing, policy development, and governance across base pay, incentives, and equity while managing a fast-paced, high-impact organization.

Qualifications

• Must be able to develop and present compensation content for leadership.
• Proven experience in leading and developing a team, with the ability to inspire results.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of regular reviews with business leaders on base salary, incentives, sales plans, LTIPs, and benefits.
• Contribute to compensation programs and policies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide innovative compensation solutions to address business challenges and perform market/internal equity analyses.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
