Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Director, Compensation Consulting to shape and execute our compensation strategy.

You will lead a team of experts, partnering with senior leaders to ensure base salary, incentives, and benefits align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will advise across the employee lifecycle, drive market and internal equity analyses, and play a key role in M&A-related compensation projects, reporting to the SVP, Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Strong expertise in developing and presenting compensation content for leadership.
• 7+ years in large publicly traded companies in compensation roles.
• Experience leading and developing teams with demonstrated impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and management of compensation reviews with business leaders.
• Develop compensation programs aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop a high-performance compensation team.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and HR to execute programs and advise leadership.
