Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in compensation, with at least seven years in large publicly traded companies.
• Strong expertise in developing and presenting compensation content for leadership.
• Proven experience in leading and developing a team, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present data clearly.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and management of regular reviews with business leaders on compensation matters.
• Contribute to compensation and recognition programs and policies.
• Bring innovative compensation solutions to solve business challenges.
• Conduct market and internal equity pay analysis on a regular basis.
• Ensure programs are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
• Mentor and develop a team of compensation professionals.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and HR to execute programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on compensation.
• Lead participation in M&A and other Total Rewards projects.
