Lead HR Connect for core HR process delivery.
Establish service delivery standards and KPIs.
Partner with IT for automation and workflows.
Provide oversight of HR technology platforms.
Ensure data governance with IT, Legal, and Finance.
Build workforce analytics dashboards.
