You will set base pay, incentive plans, and governance, partnering with senior leadership, Legal, Finance, and the Compensation Committee of the Board.

Responsibilities include executive compensation strategy, disclosures, and governance, ensuring regulatory compliance and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years in broad base, executive and board compensation.
• Master’s degree in HR, Finance or Business Administration preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, governance and administration of global compensation programs.
• Coordinate executive compensation disclosures and regulatory reporting requirements (proxy tables, CD&A).
• Oversee base pay, short- and long-term incentive plans and governance frameworks.
