Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Director of Compensation to lead the design, governance, and administration of global compensation programs. The role ensures market-competitive strategies, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business objectives, partnering with senior leadership, Legal, Finance, and the Board's Compensation Committee.

The candidate will drive executive compensation, base pay, short/long-term incentives, and governance frameworks across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of broad-base, executive and board compensation experience.
• Experience leading executive compensation governance and strategy.
• Knowledge of proxy disclosures, CD&A, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and administration of executive compensation programs for senior leaders.
• Support Compensation Committee and Board activities including meeting prep, materials, and recommendations.
• Benchmark positions with peer groups and market data; coordinate disclosures and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee base pay, incentive plans, pay ranges, and incentive plan frameworks.
