Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a Director of Program Services to lead large, multi-faceted programs across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan, including CCS, CLTS, Outpatient Clinic, Adoption, Foster Care, and more. You will drive strategic plans, financial oversight, and program development while building strong relationships with purchasers and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred depending on program areas overseen.
• Minimum of 5 years blended direct care/technical experience, with at least 2 years in supervisory roles; includes budget experience and program services oversight.

• Cultivate sound relationships with federal/state governments, congregations, and communities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans; report progress to VP.
• Understand purchasers of services; ensure financial health and reporting.

• Oversee delivery of services; ensure staffing and structure for excellence.
• Coordinate with Business Services to align data use, efficiency, and costs.
• Manage change; help stakeholders understand and navigate changes.
