Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in business or health-related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management in Pharma/Biotech.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic projects.
• Deep US Biopharma commercialization knowledge.
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling.
• Strong facilitation and meeting design skills.
• Ability to manage confidential/high-stakes information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CCO to translate strategic priorities into a clear operating agenda.
• Design and continuously improve the CLT cadence, agendas, pre-reads, decision forums, action tracking, and follow-through.
• Lead or support high-priority commercialization initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Commercial, Medical Affairs & Evidence Generation, Market Access, regions/countries, asset/indication teams and enterprise partners.
• Build scalable digital and AI-enabled working practices to improve priority management, decisions, communications, and follow-through.
