Job summary

argenx is seeking a Senior Director, Emerging Science & Pipeline Strategy Marketing Community Lead to shape the future HCP commercial portfolio across emerging assets and opportunities. You will partner with Therapeutic Community Leads, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Business Development, Insights, and others to align science, customer insights, and market strategy.

You will lead cross-functional teams across pipeline strategy, launch readiness, and transition planning to ensure assets

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of biotech/pharma commercial leadership, including early commercialization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCP commercial strategy across pipeline assets and opportunities.
• Translate priorities into early commercialization strategies and launch readiness.
• Maintain a ecosystem view of needs, indicators, and future market development.
• Partner with asset, development, Medical Affairs, Business Development, Insights and other teams to inform strategy.
• Elevate insights to senior leaders to inform prioritization and investments.
