Job summary

argenx is seeking a Senior Director, Emerging Science & Pipeline Strategy Marketing Community Lead to shape the future HCP commercial portfolio across emerging assets and strategic opportunities.

Reporting to the VP, HCP Experience, you will partner with Therapeutic Community Leads, Indication Strategy Leads, Customer Engagement & Experience, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Business Development, Insights, and other enterprise partners to bring commercial and customer perspective into

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.
• ~15+ years of biotech/pharma commercial leadership.
• Experience in HCP marketing, pipeline strategy, and launch planning.

Responsibilities

• Shape early commercialization strategies across pipeline assets and indications.
• Lead customer ecosystem development and launch readiness initiatives.
• Guide asset prioritization and investment decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development and BD to inform strategy.
• Drive leadership across emerging science, pipeline strategy and marketplace readiness.
