Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, finance, or business intelligence, including team leadership.

• Develop and lead a comprehensive performance analytics strategy for builder and distributor channels.
• Identify actions to improve revenue growth, gross margins, and commercial team effectiveness.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to drive accountability and informed decision-making.
