Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Director of Commercial Performance Insights to partner with Builder and Distributor leadership. You will lead analytics, forecasting, and advisory efforts to maximize revenue, margins, and commercial effectiveness across channels.

The role requires deep expertise in analytics platforms, data integration, and executive communication to translate insights into actionable business strategies that drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, economics, engineering, analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise-level, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to benefit realization.
• Expertise in pricing analytics, customer profitability, and sales performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an analytics strategy for Builder and Distributor channels to drive revenue growth and gross margins.
• Evaluate pricing strategies and translate them into portfolio profitability improvement.
• Assess sales force productivity and verify compensation/incentive plan effectiveness.
• Establish KPIs, scorecards, and self-service reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
• Create predictive/prescriptive models and scenario planning tied to financial impact.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to implement insights into action plans.
