Jobgether in the United States seeks a senior leader to lead and scale a commercial customer success organization, owning the customer journey from onboarding through renewal. You will build a high-impact team and drive strategic programs that ensure successful adoption and retention.

Partner with Sales, Engineering, Security, and Finance to align on priorities and outcomes, including NRR, CSAT, and time-to-ATO, while advancing government-focused deployment in secure environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in customer success or technical delivery.
• FedRAMP/ATO and federal agency experience preferred.
• Strong ability to drive cross-functional programs and stakeholder alignment.
