The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license with CPCU/CIC designation, 5–7+ years in large brokerage leadership, and a track record of strategic change in a matrix organization. Fully remote with regional onsite flexibility.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines leadership in a large brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership teams.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and improve process efficiency.
• Support M&A integration and post-merger alignment.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement.
