Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. This role partners with regional leadership to standardize workflows, drive process improvements, and scale operations across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in operational leadership within a large brokerage, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations preferred. Remote work is preferred, with onsite needs possible for business requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience at a large brokerage or agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization, process improvement, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process optimization initiatives to increase productivity and consistency.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze staffing and workload to support growth and efficiency.
• Support M&A integration and transitional operating models.
