Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, partnering with divisional leadership to drive workflow standardization, scalability, and superior client service in a large brokerage. The role focuses on strategic advisory, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across producers, operations, and leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7+ years in Commercial Lines leadership, active P&C license, CPCU/CIC or equivalent, and

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership to improve operations and service delivery.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to increase efficiency and client outcomes.
• Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows, procedures and best practices.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce variation.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and planning.
