Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, standardize workflows, and optimize client service. The role partners with divisional leadership to drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability across the agency network.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in Commercial Lines leadership within a large brokerage, with an active P&C license and CPCU/CIC designation preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leaders to strengthen operations and performance.
• Identify and implement scalable workflow solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and alignment.
