Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience within a large insurance brokerage or agency.
• Active P&C license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Divisional and Regional Leadership to develop and execute initiatives strengthening Commercial Lines operations.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Establish standardized Commercial Lines workflows, procedures and best practices.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Analyze staffing and service demands to develop capacity plans for growth.
• Support M&A integration initiatives through operational assessments and planning.
• Promote effective use of EPIC and related tech to improve performance.
