Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. This role partners with divisional leaders to advance objectives, standardize workflows, and optimize service delivery across the organization.

Strong leadership, analytics, and change management are essential. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership within a large agency, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and quality.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation efforts.
• Promote effective use of EPIC and related technology platforms.
