Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations for Commercial Property & Casualty. You will partner with divisional leaders to standardize processes, optimize workflows, and drive high-value client outcomes while ensuring scalable performance.

Ideal candidates bring a valid P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership within a large brokerage, and proven ability to influence across a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU or CIC designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Commercial Lines strategy with Divisional/Regional Leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and improve client outcomes.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and alignment.
• Collaborate with producers and operations to drive performance and accountability.
