Job summary
Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. The role partners with Divisional and Regional Leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and support growth while ensuring exceptional client service and shareholder value.
The ideal candidate will have an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years of operational leadership in a large brokerage.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
- 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership within a large brokerage/agency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives in collaboration with divisional and regional leadership.
- Identify and address operational challenges; implement scalable solutions.
- Standardize Commercial Lines workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Lead process improvements to boost productivity and client outcomes.
- Analyze staffing, capacity, and workload to support growth and excellence.
- Support M&A integration through operational assessments and workflow alignment.
- Provide guidance on agency operations, workflows, and technology platforms.
