Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations, drive workflow standardization, and support strategic initiatives including M&A integration.

The role partners with divisional leadership to optimize service delivery, scalability, and shareholder value while guiding producers and account teams in delivering exceptional client service. Central Time remote work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions and operational integration.
• Applied EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategies with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable improvements.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process optimization to increase productivity and ensure quality.
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions for sustainable improvements.
• Forecast staffing needs and develop capacity plans to support growth.
• Align Managed Services resources with organizational goals and processes.
• Provide national expertise on Commercial P&C operations and systems.
