Job summary

You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Sales Analytics to design and execute models and identify key drivers of performance. The role requires 12 years of experience, including 7 years in marketing sciences or analytics within biotech/pharma, with expertise in time-series forecasting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 12 years of professional experience with 7 years in marketing sciences, forecasting, or business analytics in biotech/pharma.
• Experience developing robust forecasting models and time-series techniques.
• Strong ability to generate commercial insights from large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced statistical analyses to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Maintain forecasts for commercial launch products (Phase II & III).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align forecast assumptions across scenarios.
• Measure KPIs and support brand planning and omni-channel analysis.
• Analyze secondary data, HCPs, patients, and payers to explain performance drivers.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
