Agios Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Forecasting & Performance Analytics to enhance our Commercial Operations & Analytics team. This role focuses on building robust forecasting models for our rare disease portfolio and requires strong expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have a solid record of 8+ years in the biopharmaceutical sector and will work closely with various internal teams to ensure comprehensive commercial performance analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Strong forecasting and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of biopharmaceutical secondary data sources.
• Experience in rare genetically defined diseases preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and evolve operational forecasts.
• Develop long-range planning forecasts with documentation.
• Apply the best forecasting approaches for questions.
• Own national performance reporting and analytics.
• Deliver ad hoc forecasting to support meetings.
