Crinetics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Data and Analytics to lead the data strategy for the commercial launch across national and regional levels.

The role partners with commercial planning, IT, and external suppliers to drive KPI reporting and actionable insights. The position requires 15+ years in pharmaceutical analytics, strong leadership, and proven ability to deliver enterprise data solutions including CRM, data warehouses, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of Pharmaceutical Commercial Analytics/Data Management experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical situation analysis and brand planning.
• Ability to consolidate and present key findings.
• Ability to lead and partner with IT, Data Management, Compliance, Legal, and Vendors.
• High expertise in pharmaceutical sales data sources and data suppliers across retail, institution, and specialty pharmacy data.
• Excellent communication and external stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to negotiate in tough situations with internal and external groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the data strategy for commercial launch.
• Develop analytics processes and dashboards to track KPIs and metrics.
• Coordinate data sources across field and go-to-market activities.
• Provide content for executive and cross-functional meetings.
• Partner with IT, Data Management, and external suppliers to ensure data delivery.
