Job summary

Monster Energy seeks a Director National Account Execution - Walmart to lead the Walmart NAEM team and drive growth across the retailer network. You will collaborate with internal partners, bottlers, and Walmart leaders to ensure execution aligns with strategic goals.

You will develop strategic customer plans, lead JBPs with bottlers, analyze market data, and drive distribution, in-store execution, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in retail sales
• 5+ years in beverage/CPG
• Forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS and inventory reports

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution strategy for Walmart, collaborating with Walmart, bottling partners, and internal teams to hit sales and distribution goals.
• Develop relationships with Walmart leaders and Coca-Cola bottling partners to drive alignment and growth.
• Create and execute strategic customer plans aligning Monster Energy objectives with Walmart priorities.
• Lead Joint Business Planning with stakeholders and bottlers to drive distribution and in-store execution.
• Monitor market data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
