Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager for Walmart in Bentonville. This role centers on owning a Walmart buying desk, driving profitable growth of Ninja 1P items, and partnering with the Walmart merchant team and cross-functional groups to win at the shelf both in store and online.

You will analyze POS data, build reviews and dashboards, and coordinate with marketing, supply chain, category management, and finance to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Prior sales, sales support, or analytics experience with consumer products preferred.
• 1–3 years of account management or sales analytics experience; Walmart or mass retail experience a plus.
• Ability to build data visualizations and business reviews to drive action.

Responsibilities

• Own at least one Walmart buying desk relationship and manage the joint business plan, line reviews, and pricing actions.
• Grow revenue and profit of 1P Ninja items on your desk in line with strategy.
• Lead promotional submissions and drive tentpole events with stakeholders.
• Serve as analytical engine; build business reviews and reports translating data into decisions.
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment health with supply chain collaboration.
• Respond to customer requests and support merchant team.
• Establish weekly operating cadence to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
