Job summary

Ionis Brand seeks a Director of Commercial Data Management & Governance to lead governance, master data, and data quality across CRM, data warehouse, and analytics. You will partner with IT and commercial teams to ensure reliable, compliant data and a scalable governance model.

This role is remote with preference for Boston, MA, reporting to the Executive Director of Commercial Effectiveness and Omnichannel Operations.

Qualifications

• Establish governance policies and a cross-functional governance council across commercial data domains.
• Own data across CRM, data warehouse, and analytics layers for accuracy and fitness-for-purpose.
• Translate analytics and reporting needs into clear data requirements, definitions, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Stand up the governance operating model with policies, standards, and stewardship roles.
• Serve as business owner of commercial data and oversee IT data integration work.
• Establish controls and change-management practices to keep data trustworthy as new sources are added.
• Act as SME on commercial data, shaping objectives and data-related decisions.
