The Director, Commercial Systems, Data Management, & Governance will design and maintain a scalable data ecosystem to serve commercial leadership with accurate, decision-ready information. The role partners with IT and vendors to build a cloud-based data environment, establish data governance, and enable AI-driven analytics for brand strategy, launch planning, patient support, and omnichannel

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct experience in commercial data strategy and governance in biopharma.
• Launch experience on an emerging biotech commercial team is preferred.
• Experience building data warehouses, CRM, MDM, BI, and omnichannel data ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Experience enabling analytics with AI capabilities and third‑party data sources.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the commercial data environment in collaboration with IT.
• Lead data integration strategies with IT and vendors.
• Ensure ingestion, validation, QC, and integration of multiple data sources.
• Stand up cloud-based data management environment and govern data quality and ownership.
• Define and lead the MDM strategy across commercial entities; ensure golden records.
• Guide the compliant design of the CRM and monitor KPIs with leadership.
• Lead AI and advanced analytics adoption and governance across the commercial org.
• Ensure privacy, security, and regulatory compliance in partnership with legal and IT.
