Job summary

Alumis Inc. is seeking a Director, Commercial Systems, Data Management & Governance to lead the design, development, and maintenance of the company's commercial data environment.

This role partners with IT and commercial leadership to ensure a single source of truth and scalable data fabric supporting CRM, data warehousing, MDM, and AI initiatives. You will own data lifecycle, governance, quality, and stewardship, drive cloud-based platforms, guide AI-enabled analytics, and manage vendor

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial data strategy, data management, and governance in biopharma.
• Experience with CRM, data warehouse, MDM, BI, omnichannel data and AI.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration with IT and commercial teams.
• Launch experience on biotech products and ability to manage vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the commercial data environment.
• Oversee data lifecycle: acquisition, integration, quality, stewardship, and governance.
• Establish golden record across CRM, data warehouse, and downstream systems.
• Promote AI, predictive analytics, and ML initiatives within the commercial organization.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security and regulatory requirements.
