Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Data, or Life Sciences; 12-15+ years in pharma or life sciences, with deep experience in commercial data strategy, governance, and enterprise data ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Databricks, Salesforce); strong understanding of commercial domains like customer, digital health, content, and market access; proven influence in matrixed organizations; expertise in data standards, AI/GenAI data needs, and responsible AI.
