Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. in the U.S. region seeks a Director of Applied AI Solutions to define and lead NA Commercial AI strategy, portfolio, and roadmap, partnering across Commercial, Data Science, IT, and Compliance to deliver value.

You will build AI-powered workflows for patient finding, HCP targeting, and field insights, translating business needs into scalable, compliant capabilities with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software, ML or applied AI with production impact.
• 2+ years building LLM/GenAI applications in production.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; cloud AI/ML services experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience owning AI solutions from use-case to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define NA Commercial AI strategy, portfolio, and roadmap.
• Build AI-powered workflows for patient finding and HCP targeting.
• Translate business problems into technical designs and plans.
• Develop LLM/agentic AI, RAG, and predictive solutions.
• Turn models into scalable, compliant, business-ready solutions.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for accuracy, grounding, and cost.
