Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences in San Diego seeks an Associate Director of Commercial Data Management to lead the strategy, governance and operations of the company’s commercial data ecosystem supporting Osavampator and Direclidine. You will define the roadmap, ensure trusted data, and partner across Field Operations, Marketing and IT to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in CS or a related field with 10+ years in pharma/biotech Commercial Operations or 8+ years with an MS.
• Expert knowledge of data management with focus on Commercial data management (5+ years).
• Strong understanding of the commercial biopharma data ecosystem, data flows, governance, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-launch data management for Osavampator and Direclidine within the Commercial organization.
• Define, own, and execute Neurocrine’s commercial data roadmap and governance frameworks.
• Oversee budget and contracting for data management initiatives, including data licensing and consulting.
• Ensure high data quality, integrity, accessibility, and regulatory compliance across data sets.
• Collaborate with Field Operations, Analytics, Marketing and IT to align data solutions with business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in data collection, management and consumption processes.
