Job summary

GoDaddy is seeking a strategic and transformational leader to oversee the Commerce Support organization. You will define and execute the strategy for merchant activation, adoption, retention, and support while driving AI-enabled transformation that accelerates scalable growth.

The Director will lead teams across onboarding, activation, payments, product adoption and ongoing success. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Risk and GTM to shape merchant experiences through AI,

Qualifications

8+ years of leadership experience in customer support, success, payments or related industries.
8+ years experience in payments and SMB commerce, including payment processing.
Proven ability to drive customer outcomes across activation, adoption, retention and growth.
Experience implementing AI, automation, and service modernization in complex organizations.
Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

Define & Drive the strategic roadmap for merchant activation, adoption, retention, and growth.
Establish priorities aligned to business outcomes and customer success.
Lead AI-powered transformation across Commerce Support.
Own merchant outcomes and measure impact on revenue and value realization.
Develop operating roadmap and invest in growth and efficiency initiatives.
