Job summary
GoDaddy is seeking a senior leader to own the developer experience strategy, driving AI efficiency, automation, and faster cycle times across engineering teams. You will champion modern workflows and build the UX Platform across web, mobile, and emerging surfaces, partnering with Product, UX, and AI/ML.
You'll mentor a cross-functional team spanning platform engineering, UX systems, and AI tooling, aligning product and engineering leaders to a unified roadmap and a culture of data-driven
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management across platform engineering or enterprise UX.
- 7+ years direct people management experience.
- Experience deploying AI copilots or LLM-powered interfaces.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end developer platforms and SDLC knowledge.
- Strong cross-functional leadership with product, engineering, and UX.
Responsibilities
- Own GoDaddy’s developer experience strategy and metrics.
- Champion modern workflows using copilots and CI/CD.
- Build evolution of developer platforms and observability.
- Establish dashboards for engineering velocity and efficiency.
- Align Product, UX, and AI/ML to enable AI-powered UX patterns.
- Ensure cross-product experience consistency across web, mobile, and emerging surfaces.
- Define platform health metrics and roadmap alignment.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team spanning platform engineering, UX systems, and AI tooling.
- Drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
