Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Sr Director of Product Management - Growth, remote-eligible, to own merchant onboarding and activation across shopping experiences. You will partner with engineering to design optimized incentive programs, oversee execution, and use data-backed judgment from ideation to launch.

You combine startup grit with deep product intuition, Excel/SQL proficiency, and a track record of building AI-enabled digital products and monetizable experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field or Computer Science/Engineering.
• Strong data analytics and SQL skills with experience modeling ROI and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the team, technology, and tooling that onboard and activates merchant relationships across Shopping’s product experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering in a leadership and IC capacity to design and build optimized consumer incentive experiences.
• Manage day-to-day operations and engineering execution to launch and test new experiences.
• Develop business cases, prioritization, and monitoring with dashboards and models to drive investments.
