Qualifications

• 5+ years experience working with SQL.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• 8+ years collaborating with software engineering to scale product experiences.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences.
• Manage day-to-day operations and engineering execution to launch and test new experiences.
• Operate with autonomy, using data and market judgment from ideation through launch.
• Own business case, prioritization, and monitoring; build operational reports and models using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling.
