Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, seeks a Director of Program Management to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Indianapolis site-based CMC programs.

Work with Product Development, Operations, and external partners to deliver end-to-end programs, drive governance, and mature PM capabilities across the portfolio. This is a senior, cross-functional leadership role impacting patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strategic, execution-focused leader able to translate portfolio priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of drug development, CMC, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and/or radiopharmaceutical environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic priorities on the Indianapolis site and align with Product Development and Operations leadership.
• Build and lead the Program Management team, governance routines, and KPIs to drive execution.
• Ensure CMC portfolio delivery across global product teams, processes, supply chain, production, quality, regulatory, and external partners.
• Translate strategic priorities into integrated plans, timelines, decisions, risk mitigation, and reporting.
• Lead prioritization and escalation discussions to align resources and maintain patient-impact focus.
• Coordinate site and portfolio initiatives, including manufacturing readiness, technology transfer, and supply chain planning.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and execution barriers; drive mitigation and escalation.
• Foster governance forums with clear agendas, actions, owners, and follow-through.
• Recruit, develop, and manage program management talent; define standards, tools, and ways of working.
• Strengthen program management maturity with critical path analysis, scenario planning, and executive communication.
