Job summary

RayzeBio, a Bristol Myers Squibb company, is seeking a Senior Manager for Alliance Program Management in Indianapolis, IN. The role leads external alliance governance, cross-functional teams, and integrated program plans to drive radiopharmaceutical programs from site to global leadership.

The position requires a strong background in process development/manufacturing, GMP, and regulatory frameworks, with PMP and advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nuclear Chemistry or Radiochemistry; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in pharma/biopharma with 5+ years in process development/manufacturing; small molecule/RPT experience a plus.
• Deep understanding of process development, API manufacturing, tech transfer, CMC and GMP operations; radiopharmaceutical knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and operational liaison for assigned external alliances and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with partner organizations at all levels.
• Facilitate joint governance meetings, steering committees, and reviews with alliance partners.
• Drive alignment on program objectives, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with alliance agreements, contracts, and collaboration frameworks.
• Monitor partner performance against contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across internal RayzeBio functions and external partners to deliver program goals.
• Develop, manage, and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple alliances and distributed teams.
• Ensure activities are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Bridge between site operations and global program leadership to align local execution with enterprise priorities.
• Apply AI to improve team execution and decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver program status reports and executive-level updates to senior leadership.
