Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, seeks a Senior Manager to lead alliance program management and external partnerships in Indianapolis. You will steward multi-site programs, drive governance, and align internal and external teams to radiopharmaceutical development goals.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in pharma, strong process development/manufacturing insight, and PMP or CMC experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in pharma/biopharma with 5+ years in process development or manufacturing.
• Experience managing complex, multi-site programs and external partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external alliances with CDMOs/CMOs and research orgs.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to deliver program goals on time and within budget.
• Prepare executive-level updates and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
