Job summary

RayzeBio, a subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, seeks a Senior Manager, Alliance Program Management in Indianapolis. Lead external partnerships (CDMOs/CMOs) and manage radiopharmaceutical RPT programs with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, QA, regulatory, finance, and legal.

Role emphasizes PM/Alliance leadership, governance facilitation, and global collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget program delivery, with AI-enabled decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nuclear Chemistry, Radiochemistry, or related; MS/PhD preferred.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech with 5+ years in process development/manufacturing; RPT experience a plus.
• Deep understanding of process development, API manufacturing, tech transfer, CMC, GMP; radiopharmaceutical basics a plus.
• Proven record managing multi-site programs in pharma/biotech; PMP a plus.
• Experience managing external partnerships, CDMOs, or strategic alliances.
• Global team experience across site-based and global programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and operational liaison for external alliances and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations at all levels.
• Facilitate joint governance meetings, steering committees, and reviews with alliance partners.
• Drive alignment on program objectives, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on program goals across RayzeBio functions and partners.
• Apply AI to improve team execution and decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver clear program status reports to senior leadership.
