Job summary

nVent is seeking a Director of Enterprise Cloud, Integration & Technical Resiliency to lead the strategy for cloud, integration, and resilience across AWS, Azure, SaaS, and hybrid environments from our hybrid St Louis Park, MN location.

You will build runbooks, drive modernization, lead high-performing teams, and partner with Cybersecurity to translate complex tech topics into business terms for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive technology leadership across cloud, integration, automation, or operations.
• 7+ years leading technical teams in a complex enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise cloud and integration platforms.
• Define and execute the roadmap for public cloud services and automation capabilities.
• Lead technical resiliency, disaster recovery, and incident response across the enterprise.
• Modernize cloud infrastructure, governance, and platform reliability practices.
• Partner with cybersecurity, risk, and business teams to ensure secure, compliant solutions.
